After climbing to the top of a major market research firm, I realized that what I enjoyed most about my job was enabling others’ success. I get immense satisfaction from helping clients solve problems, develop strategies, and reduce confusion and anxiety in their work life.
Throughout my career, I’ve been genuinely lucky to have learned from diverse industries: media & marketing, retail, consumer packaged goods, financial services, food service, franchising, education, healthcare, and technology. Although each domain is unique, the core principles of management remain. What makes companies and people effective keeps them effective in any venue, from the corner market to the boardroom.
